  • InterGlobe Aviation Limited’s (“IndiGo”) website, www.goindigo.in is offered to the Customers on the express condition of acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute a legally binding contract between IndiGo and the Customer. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to the Customer, the Customer is requested to exit IndiGo website (term as defined below).
  • IndiGo authorizes the Customer to view the content available on its website www.goindigo.in. The Customer is not permitted to copy, replicate, modify, derivative, display, perform, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from IndiGo website, whether in print, visual or electronic form, for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior written permission, at the sole discretion of IndiGo. Customers may not use IndiGo’s website, www.goindigo.in or any micro site comprised in www.goindigo.in, or any other IndiGo owned website accessible through the use of www.goindigo.in (all of which are collectively referred as ‘IndiGo website’), for any purpose that is unlawful or that is otherwise prohibited by these conditions of use.
  • Customers must not:
    • resell the services provided in the IndiGo website,
    • use the IndiGo website to make any speculative, false or fraudulent Booking
    • use the IndiGo website so as to interfere with others’ use of the IndiGo website.
  • IndiGo does not warrant or represent that use of the IndiGo website or its online booking facility or any third party payment systems used for making payments to IndiGo will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, software or other material accessible through the IndiGo website will be free of bugs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.
  • Customers represent that, unless otherwise specifically permitted by IndiGo, the IndiGo website and all the products and services offered by IndiGo, including without limitation, are meant for personal and non-commercial use only, and cannot be redistributed by them to any person not authorised to receive the same.
  • Customers represent that they are of sufficient legal age to use this service, and they possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability that they may incur as a result of the use of this service.
  • Customers understand that they are financially responsible for all uses of this service by them and those using their login information.
  • Customers will supervise all usage of the booking facility under their name or account.
  • Customers warrant that all information supplied by them and members of their household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.
  • IndiGo and its licensors retain all rights (including copyright and patent rights) with respect to all softwares and underlying information and material available through the IndiGo website.
  • Customers must not download or otherwise export or re-export any software or underlying information or material available through the IndiGo website except with the written permission of IndiGo and in full compliance with all Indian and other applicable laws and regulations, provided, however that any downloading that occurs in the normal course of using the IndiGo website in accordance with the published written instructions of IndiGo shall not be prohibited
  • IndiGo website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than IndiGo. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. IndiGo does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content(s). IndiGo’s inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.
  • IndiGo, its parent company and/or its affiliates may also present advertisements or promotional materials on or through IndiGo website. Customer’s participation in any promotional event is subject to the terms and conditions associated with that event. Customer’s dealings with, or participation in promotions of, any third-party advertisers on or through the IndiGo website are solely between the Customer and such third-party. Customer agrees that IndiGo, its parent company and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such third parties reference on the IndiGo website.
  • Without limiting any of the disclaimers of warranty set forth in these terms and conditions, IndiGo does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party information, products or services provided through the IndiGo website, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Furthermore, IndiGo in particular disclaims any responsibility, if such third party websites:
    • infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights,
    • provide any information which is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading,
    • are not merchantable or fit for a particular purpose,
    • do not undertake adequate security measures,
    • contain viruses or other items of destructive nature, or
    • provide any libelous or defamatory contents or information

The information contained and/or provided in this website is meant solely for information purposes and should not be relied upon for any other use whatsoever.

  • Customer’s use of IndiGo website constitutes Customer’s agreement to be bound, without any modifications or reservations whatsoever, by these terms and conditions, which may be updated or modified from time to time without notice to the Customer. Any change(s) shall become part of these terms and conditions and shall apply immediately. By continuing to use the IndiGo website after such modifications, Customer indicates acceptance of those modifications. Customer may also be required to re-accept the substantially revised terms and conditions to continue to use the IndiGo website.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Customer hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Delhi in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the IndiGo website. Use of the IndiGo website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
  • Any rights or permissions not expressly granted herein are reserved.
  • For any requests pertaining to customer data accessibility including profile deletion, you can raise a request to customer.relations@goindigo.in.
  • Upon exercising such an option, your personal information shall not, in the future, be available for bookings by you.  However, please note that IndiGo shall be required to retain your personal/booking data/travel records and history, for its legitimate use or for such period as per law. Also, requests such as opting out of, or unsubscribing from receiving promotional communication is to be raised through the same process i.e., by sending an email to customer.experience@GOINDIGO.IN

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The NextOne & NextOne Plus fare shall be available for all passengers.
  2. Booking Channel: The NextOne & NextOne Plus fare is available and may be purchased from IndiGo’s website at www.goindigo.in , mobile app, IndiGo call center, IndiGo’s airport reservation counters, Travel agents and Online travel partners.
  3. Applicability and Exclusions: Applicable on one-way, round-trip and multi-city bookings for domestic flights (direct flights within India). Currently, NextOne and NextOne+ are available on limited domestic sectors and are not available on International flights, codeshare flights and for group bookings. 
  4. Meal: All passengers seated in business class cabin will be provided with a complimentary standard veg meal box. In addition, they can purchase their choice of meal online or onboard.
  5. Pre-paid excess baggage: Passengers carrying excess baggage over and above the free check-in baggage allowance, can pre-book book excess baggage up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of their domestic flight or will be charged at the airport if they arrive with additional excess baggage, click here for the rates.
  6. Additional pieces of Baggage: Additional pieces of baggage can be pre-booked online (subject to a maximum of up to only 2 pieces) or will be charged at the airport if they arrive with additional piece(s), click here for the rates.
  7. Other Add-ons: Additionally, NextOne and NextOne Plus passengers can pre-book any other ‘Add-on Services’, which is not already included, click here to know more.
  8. Check-in Baggage Allowance:
    1. NextOne: IndiGo allows a total of 30kgs free Checked-in baggage (**2 pieces only), per passenger per sector basis.
      In case, such two (2) pieces weighs above 30 kg per person/Customer, IndiGo will levy excess Baggage charges as set out under here.
      **As per regulatory requirement, carrying more than 32kgs in one (1) checked-in luggage/baggage is not allowed, even with excess baggage charges.
    2. NextOne Plus: IndiGo allows a total of 40kg free Checked-in baggage (2 pieces only), per passenger per sector basis.
      In case, such two (2) pieces weighs above 40kg per person/Customer, IndiGo will levy excess Baggage charges as set out under here.

    **As per regulatory requirement, carrying more than 32kgs in one (1) checked-in luggage/baggage is not allowed, even with excess baggage charges.

  10. Hand Baggage: IndiGo allows free 12 kgs Hand Baggage, for its NextOne and NextOne Plus Customers. Any additional Baggage, will be chargeable as per the applicable rates, click here for the applicable rates.
  11. Infant: IndiGo provides Infant seat at INR 3800 only, for NextOne and NextOne Plus Customers, along with seven (7) kgs, free Hand Baggage allowance.
  12. Change and Cancellation: Date change and cancellation are allowed until 3hrs prior to scheduled flight departure time. Changes will be subject to available inventory and applicable difference in fare along with Change/Cancellation fee, if any.
  13. Check – in Conditions:
    1. Web Check-in for passengers is available 48 hrs to 60 mins prior to domestic flight departure time.
    2. Airport Check-in at counter will be closed 60 mins prior to flight departure time.
    3. Boarding will be closed 25 minutes, prior to flight departure time.
  14. Fare Combination on Connecting Flights: As of now Next One and NextOne plus are available only on non-stop flights.
  15. Upgrade/ Downgrade Process: Process from Upgrade / Downgrade to and from NextOne or NextOne+ cabin will be as follows:
    1. Voluntary Upgrade: A customer may choose to upgrade an economy booking to Next or Next+ cabin. This can be done by cancelling their booking and creating a new booking. Relevant cancellation fee and difference in fare will be applicable. In such new Booking for NextOne or NextOne+, all features and terms of conditions of NextOne and NextOne Plus will be applicable.
    2. Involuntary Upgrade: Due to operational reasons IndiGo may upgrade passenger(s) to NextOne or NextOne Plus cabin without any charge. In such case, the features of the original booked fare/tariff type would prevail. If in the original booking the customer had purchased a meal, post upgradation, IndiGo will provide another free meal, as available on NextOne or NextOne Plus seats.
    3. Involuntary Downgrade: Due to operational reasons IndiGo may have to downgrade any Customer to economy cabin. In such cases, the Baggage allowance of the original ticket would prevail and the Customer will be provided with a meal, along with compensation, as per the provisions under the DGCA CAR Section 3, Series M Part IV.
  16. Conditions of Carriage: Except to the Terms and Conditions provided herein, all other terms and conditions, shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“IndiGo CoC”) available here. Accordingly, these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of IndiGo’s CoC.
  17. Right to withdraw/modify: IndiGo reserves the right to withdraw or modify these Terms and Conditions, at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and prior intimation.
  18. Governing Law: This offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India, and all matters related to this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
